FAQ’s

  • We do not offer refunds for general admission tickets. However, you can reschedule your visit for a different date or time if provide 48 hours notice. Please contact us at info@myhappyplaycafe.co.uk for assistance with rescheduling bookings.

  • Yes, you can cancel your party booking. Please note that the £50 deposit is non-refundable.
    - If you cancel more than two weeks before the booked date, you will receive a full refund for the remaining amount.

    - If you cancel less than two weeks before the booked date, the full amount is non-refundable.

  • To cancel your booking, please email us at info@myhappyplaycafe.co.uk with your full name, booking reference and reservation date.

  • You are welcome to walk if the session isn’t at full capacity. Tickets may be available on arrival depending on the availability. However, please try to avoid disappointment if the session is fully booked and book your tickets online.

  • For the safety and comfort of everyone, please stay at home if you or your child are feeling unwell.

  • Only food and drinks purchased at our cafe shop can be consumed on-site, except for baby food. However, we stock baby food if needed. Management reserves the right to dispose of any outside food or drink.

  • All children must be accompanied by an adults at all times. We do not offer babysitting services.

  • We have free public parking spaces just outside our premises, as well as additional parking options around the back and side.

  • Yes, we provide high chairs for use in our cafe.

  • Yes, prams are welcome however we encourage them to be left in the car if possible to allow more space. We understand that isn't always possible especially for babies.

  • Our play area is design for younger children, however all children are welcome to enjoy the free play area. Activities and play structures are best suited for younger children.

  • Yes, we take allergies seriously and offer options for those with dietary restrictions. Please inform our staff of any allergies when ordering, we will do our best to accommodate them.

  • Yes, of course you are welcome to breastfeed on site. We strive to provide a comfortable and supportive environment.

  • Yes, we prioritise cleanliness and safety. The play area is regularly sanitised throughout the day after every session, hence why we leave the hour gap between sessions to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our visitors. Our staff follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

  • If you believe you've left something behind, please contact us at info@myhappyplaycafe.co.uk. We will check our lost and found and get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Yes, we have baby changing facilities available in our restrooms. We provide nappies, wet wipes and nappy sacks. Please ask where possible you take the nappy home with you.

  • You are welcome to bring a birthday cake for your child's celebration when booking a party with us. Please inform us in advance and note that cakes brought in for special occasions are permitted only.

  • Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific requirements or need assistance, please let us know in advance.
